Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once you apply, your application is received and logged in our system. You’ll get an acknowledgment confirming it’s safely with us. Every application is carefully reviewed — we don’t use automated rejection tools. 
Stage 2

Review

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application against the key criteria for the role. We consider skills, experience, and potential fit with the business. We aim to respond promptly and will always keep you informed. 
Stage 3

Initial Call

If your application progresses, you’ll be invited to a short, informal call with a member of our recruitment team. This is a chance to explore your experience, motivations and practical details (like notice period and location), and for you to ask questions about the role or business. 
Stage 4

1st Stage Interview

This interview is typically a more detailed conversation with the hiring manager, focused on your technical and role-specific experience. It’s also an opportunity for us to share more about the team, expectations, and culture. 
Stage 5

Final Interview

Our final stage brings you together with the hiring manager and a member of our senior leadership team. This discussion may explore broader themes such as values, leadership potential, strategic thinking or alignment with our business goals. It’s your chance to meet more of the team and get a feel for life at Celnor Group. 
Stage 6

Offer

If you’re successful, we’ll be in touch quickly to make a verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer and contract. We’ll talk you through the details and what comes next in your onboarding journey. 
Stage 7

Hired

Welcome to the team! Once your offer is accepted, we’ll begin your onboarding journey. You'll receive all the information and support you need to get started confidently, meet your new colleagues, and hit the ground running.
